time managment

Time Management

This semester I decided to put the calendars that we made in class at the beginning of

the semester on my wood board I have in my room where I can thumbtack important stuff on

there. I put my calendars on there and it is located above my television so whenever I want to

watch television I would see it there and take a look at it. Every day I would look at it to see

what homework I had for each of my classes that day and I would be able to see what is coming

up whether it’s a quiz or test. I had each class highlighted a different color so I knew for which

class I had work for. It is a new technique that I have never tried before and I loved it. I will

continue to do it next semester but I am also going to put my assignments on my phone so I can

get alerts on my phone as well as seeing it on my board. I am going to try that because even

though I would see my assignments on my board I would tell myself that I would do it later and

put it so the side and just forget about it. So I feel that if I get reminded 2 times then I will

actually get it done. I will put my phone so it reminds me more towards the evening because

that’s when im usually just at home relaxing watching television. I am really glad that we learned

and had people come in and talk about time management because before I would just try to

remember in my head what homework I had for the day and try to remember if I had quizzes or

tests coming up so I could study for. It really didn’t work out so much, but now with all the time

management methods we learned it is a lot easier and helpful.

About me

My name is Miguel Hernandez I am eighteen years old. I was born in San Diego, I lived in Imperial Beach until like the 4th grade, and moved out to Menifee CA which is about an hour and a half north of San Diego. I love sports, I've played baseball my whole life, my position is shortstop, in high school I was the starting shortstop on varsity since my freshmen year. I got a scholarship to a school in kansas but unfortunently it was only a partial scholarship so it was still a lot of money we had to pay. I will be trying out for the team here at Cal State this October. My major here is still undeclared, I wanna learn more about the different majors and see what interests me the most.
Currently I am living close to the school, living off of Rancho Sante Fe and I have no car, I got in a serious car crash this past friday and totaled my car. So if you wanna hang out and get to know more about me hit me up in class or on here (:
